The Forum for Expatriate Management (FEM) recognized Oakwood as Corporate Housing Provider of the Year with the first-ever EMMA Award for Excellence in Global Mobility. Oakwood received the Commitment to Excellence Gold Award for its exceptional service results at the 2012. This award recognizes a supplier's measurable commitment to excellence and is presented at the Global Network Conference Global Network to service providers who have distinguished themselves by achieving critical performance metrics. In addition, Oakwood was also presented with a Silver Supplier Innovation Award presented to suppliers who demonstrate either significant cost savings and/or increases in service results to Cartus clients or customers. Oakwood was also one of five companies in the 'home related category' nominated for the Cartus Masters Cup.
2008
Oakwood received two distinct honors at the 2008 Global Network Conference. The Delivering More Award was presented to Oakwood for consistently going above and beyond, and distinguishing itself from other providers in the way we assist Cartus customers and clients.
Oakwood was also awarded the Gold Level Supplier Innovation Award for developing a solution that resulted in significant cost savings and/or increases in service results to Cartus clients and customers.
2012
Oakwood has received its first-ever International Mobility Vendor of the Year award from BP. This honor is given to the supplier who consistently meets BP's requirements for providing the highest level of quality to the company's nearly 140 international mobility advisors.
Oakwood was selected for this award because in addition to assisting BP with housing ex-pats returning from all over the world, Oakwood's global team worked through the challenges of providing BP serviced apartment offerings in London during the 2012 Summer Olympics.

Oakwood was awarded Asia's Leading Serviced Apartment Brand at the World Travel Awards (WTA) for the Asia, Australasia & Indian Ocean regions – the first year for this category. The WTA awards programme, hailed as the 'Oscars of the travel industry' by the global media, highlights and rewards those travel brands that have made the greatest contribution to the industry over the past year.
