2011
The Forum for Expatriate Management (FEM) recognized Oakwood with the Global Expatriate Management and Mobility Award (EMMA) for Corporate Housing Provider of the Year for the second year in a row. The Forum for Expatriate Management (FEM) selected Oakwood for its Business Continuity and Emergency Housing Plan, which successfully helped several Fortune 500 and large international clients handle emergency housing needs during recent crises and natural disasters. The Forum for Expatriate Management (FEM) recognized Oakwood as Corporate Housing Provider of the Year with the first-ever EMMA Award for Excellence in Global Mobility. More than 240 nominations were submitted in 15 different categories from global mobility professionals around the world in the hope of receiving this prestigious award. View Press Release.

Cartus is the leader in providing relocation and related services to the private and public sectors, worldwide. Oakwood is honored to have been recognized multiple times by Cartus at its annual Global Network Conference, where it celebrates companies that have consistently delivered exceptional service to Cartus and its customers.

2012
Oakwood received the Commitment to Excellence Gold Award for its exceptional service results at the 2012. This award recognizes a supplier's measurable commitment to excellence and is presented at the Global Network Conference Global Network to service providers who have distinguished themselves by achieving critical performance metrics. In addition, Oakwood was also presented with a Silver Supplier Innovation Award presented to suppliers who demonstrate either significant cost savings and/or increases in service results to Cartus clients or customers. Oakwood was also one of five companies in the 'home related category' nominated for the Cartus Masters Cup.

2008
Oakwood received two distinct honors at the 2008 Global Network Conference. The Delivering More Award was presented to Oakwood for consistently going above and beyond, and distinguishing itself from other providers in the way we assist Cartus customers and clients.

Oakwood was also awarded the Gold Level Supplier Innovation Award for developing a solution that resulted in significant cost savings and/or increases in service results to Cartus clients and customers.

BP

2012
Oakwood has received its first-ever International Mobility Vendor of the Year award from BP. This honor is given to the supplier who consistently meets BP's requirements for providing the highest level of quality to the company's nearly 140 international mobility advisors. Oakwood was selected for this award because in addition to assisting BP with housing ex-pats returning from all over the world, Oakwood's global team worked through the challenges of providing BP serviced apartment offerings in London during the 2012 Summer Olympics.

World Travel Awards

2012
Oakwood was awarded Asia's Leading Serviced Apartment Brand at the World Travel Awards (WTA) for the Asia, Australasia & Indian Ocean regions – the first year for this category. The WTA awards programme, hailed as the 'Oscars of the travel industry' by the global media, highlights and rewards those travel brands that have made the greatest contribution to the industry over the past year.

Corporate Housing Providers Association

The Corporate Housing Providers Association (CHPA)—the only trade association dedicated to the corporate housing industry—has honored Oakwood on a number of occasions.

2008
In 2008, Oakwood won the coveted Tower of Excellence Award in the Most Creative Marketing, Large Provider category for the second consecutive year. The CHPA's Most Creative Marketing Award recognizes an outstanding marketing program or concept that had a measurable impact on the organization.

The Stevie Awards� for Sales & Customer Service

In 2010, the 4th Annual Stevie� Awards—one of the world's most coveted business awards (Stevie is taken from the name Stephen, which is derived from the Greek word for "crowned.") honored Oakwood in two sales and customer service categories: for having created the Hiring and Recruiting Program of the Year, and for developing the Sales Process of the Year—our Sales Playbook.

Oakwood Premier Coex Center in Seoul was honored with the Korea Times' Best Brand: Serviced Residence Award for seven consecutive years, 2002 to 2008.

China Hotel Starlight Awards

Oakwood Residence Hangzhou was honored as the "Best Hotel Apartment in China" by the China Hotel Starlight Awards, held during the 2009 Asia Hotel Forum.
