Corporate housing provider Oakwood Worldwide has launched Total Solution 2.0, through which it will provide a dedicated account team that "becomes a seamless extension of a company's employees," says the company. The account team manages the entire placement process locally, nationally or globally. The company says it first identifies the client's distinct business needs and then develops a package of solutions for that client.
Oakwood is further building its service model with the establishment of a client advisory council, comprised of representatives from 11 of its top clients. The council will meet annually with senior Oakwood leadership to discuss industry trends, insight, objectives and challenges.
