The architectural and interior design firm Tobin + Parnes Design Enterprises rebuilt the interior of the historic Browning, King & Co. building to make way for Oakwood on 6th Avenue. The building was completed in 1933 and the exterior still features the original "BK & Co." medallions that are affixed at the top of the building.
