What is the Oakwood Worldwide Accredited Provider Program?  The Oakwood Accredited Provider Program is a formalized reward-based program designed for our partnering Corporate Housing providers, who consistently provide a high level of customer service to Oakwood Worldwide, and our clients.

Oakwood the pioneer and leader in temporary housing, amongst a host of other benefits, partners with a network of quality housing providers in the United States and Canada via our Accredited Provider Program to ensure our inventory of more than 20,000 units encompasses any geographical area where a client may need to be housed.
 
Why did Oakwood Worldwide institute an Accredited Provider Program? In order to maintain a consistent quality Corporate Housing standard. Oakwood Worldwide developed the Accredited Provider Program in late 2004, and introduced it to several nationwide Corporate Housing Companies, and Properties that have onsite furnished apartments. 

These Accredited Providers allow us to grow our inventory of furnished temporary housing units while providing excellent exposure for their own properties. Further, Accredited Providers instantly gain an additional revenue stream, as well as free training from Oakwood Worldwide. 
 
 
What are some of the benefits of the Accredited Provider Program?

• Once Accredited - Each Accredited Provider will receive free web based training, a plaque to display in their office, a letter from our Senior Vice President, Gavan James, and a complimentary 3-day stay with Oakwood in any domestic location. Based on availability.
• Technology - Accredited Providers list their availability on Oakwood's innovative, web-based Property Profile database linked to our Oakwood.com website.
• Loyalty Program - Accredited Providers have an opportunity to win cash and prizes throughout the year.
• Ongoing Communication - Each provider will receive our bi-monthly AP Spotlight Newsletter full of tips, resources, and contests.
• Education - Accredited Providers are given the opportunity to attend on-line Best Practices Webinars, and ongoing training sessions at no cost.
• Referrals - If an Accredited Provider chooses to refer a client to Oakwood for placement, we offer Referral Payments for stays of 30 days or more.
• Preferred Rates - Accredited Providers receive "Preferred Rates" when they rent through Oakwood Worldwide.
