The Forum for Expatriate Management (FEM) recognized Oakwood as Corporate Housing Provider of the Year with the first-ever EMMA Award for Excellence in Global Mobility. 2008
Oakwood received two distinct honors at the 2008 Global Network Conference. The Delivering More Award was presented to Oakwood for consistently going above and beyond, and distinguishing itself from other providers in the way we assist Cartus customers and clients.
Oakwood was also awarded the Gold Level Supplier Innovation Award for developing a solution that resulted in significant cost savings and/or increases in service results to Cartus clients and customers.

Oakwood was awarded the Silver Level Commitment to Excellence Award in recognition of our measurable commitment to excellence as measured by Top Block service scores based on multiple network-specific criteria. Oakwood distinguished itself by achieving critical performance metrics with overall satisfaction service scores between 87 and 89.9 percent.
2006
In 2006, Cartus awarded Oakwood its Global Network People's Choice Award for extraordinary service to its international customers and clients. This award is presented to the Global Network service provider who demonstrates excellent knowledge, principles, trust and service as selected by Supply Chain Management.
Oakwood also received the Cartus Commitment to Excellence Gold Award for exceptional service results. The winner of this award is selected by Cartus employees based on their overall experiences with the service provider throughout the past year.

Cartus Global Supplier Relations honored Oakwood in 2004 with its Commitment to GlobalNet Award, recognizing us as the global Cartus service partner who best-demonstrated knowledge, integrity, and trust.

In 2008, Oakwood won the coveted Tower of Excellence Award in the Most Creative Marketing, Large Provider category for the second consecutive year. The CHPA's Most Creative Marketing Award recognizes an outstanding marketing program or concept that had a measurable impact on the organization.

In 2003, senior vice president and general manager of Oakwood Corporate Housing Gavan James was the CHPA "Member of the Year". A founding board member, Mr. James was president of the organization from 1998 through 2002, and continues to serve on its board of directors.
