2008
Oakwood received two distinct honors at the 2008 Global Network Conference. The “Delivering More” award was presented to Oakwood as a supplier who truly demonstrated their willingness to consistently “deliver more” and to distinguish themselves from other providers in the network by assisting Cartus in helping their customers and clients. Oakwood was awarded the Gold level Supplier Innovation Award for their application of an innovation that resulted in significant cost savings and/or increases in service results to Cartus clients or customers.
2007
Oakwood was awarded the Silver level Commitment to Excellence award in recognition of their measurable commitment to excellence and Top Block service scores based on multiple network-specific criteria. Oakwood distinguished themselves by achieving critical performance metrics with overall satisfaction service scores between 87 and 89.9 percent.
2006
Cartus Global Network awarded Oakwood the Global Network People's Choice Award for extraordinary service to its international customers and clients at the 2006 Global Network Conference. This award is presented to the Global Network service provider who demonstrates excellent knowledge, principles, trust and service as selected by Supply Chain Management. Oakwood also received Cartus' Global Network Commitment to Excellence Gold award for its exceptional service results, which recognizes the top service provider and is selected by Cartus employees based on their overall experiences with the service provider throughout the past year.
2004
Cartus Global Network (formerly Cendant Mobility), the leader in providing relocation and related services to the private and public sectors, honored Oakwood Worldwide with two awards for outstanding performance in 2004. Oakwood received the Commitment to GlobalNet Award, for being the global Cartus service partner who best demonstrated knowledge, principle and trust as selected by Global Supplier Relations. Cartus employees also voted Oakwood the top service provider for the past year, earning Oakwood the GlobalNet People's Choice Award.
CORPORATE HOUSING PROVIDERS ASSOCIATION
The Corporate Housing Providers Association (CHPA) is the only trade association dedicated to the corporate housing industry and has honored Oakwood Worldwide on a number of occasions.
In February 2008, Oakwood won the coveted Tower of Excellence Award for Most Creative Marketing, Large Provider for the second consecutive year. The CHPA's Most Creative Marketing Award recognizes an outstanding marketing program or concept that had a measurable impact on the organization.
In 2002, Oakwood won the prestigious "Provider of the Year" award. Oakwood received the high accolade once again in 2007, making it the only company in CHPA history to win the title twice.
In 2003, Senior Vice President and General Manager of Oakwood Corporate Housing Gavan James was the CHPA "Member of the Year". A founding board member, Mr. James was President of the organization between 1998 and 2002 and continues to serve on its board of directors.
TRAINING MAGAZINE'S TOP 125
For the third year running, Oakwood earned a place as one of Training magazine's Top 125 Training Companies. The 2008 achievement saw the company advancing 20 spots over the previous years, 2006 and 2007, leading in areas of technology, training and innovation. Training magazine is a leading resource for information on issues involving management, human resources, and employee training practices and needs. As part of the Top 125, Oakwood joins some of the most-respected companies in the world, including PricewaterhouseCoopers, Verizon Wireless, Microsoft Corporation and Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, all of which have been recognized over many years for their commitment to training.

At the 2008 BP Supplier meeting, Oakwood was honored with the Special Contribution to a Project award for their outstanding relocation services and partnership.
EMPLOYEE RELOCATION COUNCILT.J. Spencer, SCRP, GMS, Vice President Sales, served on the Employee Relocation Council (Worldwide ERC) Board of Directors from 2000-2003, and was appointed as a trustee for Worldwide ERC's Foundation for Workforce Mobility in 2004. Spencer has also received a Meritorious Service Award and two Distinguished Service Awards from Worldwide ERC for her time spent serving on Council committees and boards and writing articles and chairing projects.
