Joan McCarthy Mack
VP, Insurance Housing Solutions™

Joan McCarthy Mack is vice president of Insurance Housing Solutions™ for Oakwood Worldwide®. In this role, McCarthy Mack is responsible for both the sales and customer fulfillment departments that generate revenue and provide temporary housing options. Insurance Housing Solutions services the claim-related needs of Oakwood Worldwide's insurance clients.

Formerly with Marriott ExecuStay®, which was acquired by Oakwood Worldwide in 2012, McCarthy Mack led the successful integration of insurance programs offered by the ExecuStay and Oakwood® brands. McCarthy Mack created a new insurance fulfillment model and re-designed the sales structure to support the new Insurance Housing Solutions product.

In previous positions, McCarthy Mack was responsible for the development and oversight of global housing solutions programs, including rental, temporary housing and hotel networks. She has managed tri-regional global sales and operations teams in the United States, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia. She has extensive experience in account management, sourcing, performance management and metric development. Prior to her work with Marriott International, McCarthy Mack held executive positions with both BridgeStreet and Cartus Corporation.

McCarthy Mack holds a master's degree in organizational communication from Fairfield University and received her bachelor's degree in business management from Marymount College.
