UNITED STATES & CANADA
 
OAKWOOD CORPORATE HOUSING provides comfortable, convenient temporary housing in thousands of locations across the United States.  We select from the finest apartments in a city, lease units, and add our signature furnishings and services to prepare them for our guests.  Oakwood offers the comfort of a private apartment home, with the conveniences of weekly housekeeping and on-call concierge and maintenance services.  Guests can choose from a variety of accommodations reflective of each area's character, from historic brownstones in Boston, to elegant high-rises in New York, to units with mountain views in Colorado.  Minimum stays vary by location.
 
OAKWOOD APARTMENTS operates over 40 apartment communities, with both furnished and unfurnished apartments.  Each apartment community offers the comfort of a private residence, with hospitality staff onsite to provide concierge service, coordinate resident activities, and otherwise assist residents as needed.  Additional amenities include swimming pools, fitness centers, and business centers.  Minimum stays for furnished Oakwood Apartments vary by location.  Unfurnished apartments have standard one-year leases.
 
UNITED KINGDOM
 
Like Oakwood Corporate Housing in the United States, OAKWOOD UNITED KINGDOM takes leases on existing apartments and transforms them into fully furnished serviced apartments.  Each apartment is equipped with fine furnishings, housewares, telephone service, and cable television service.  We also offer an on-call concierge and weekly housekeeping service.  Oakwood United Kingdom serviced apartments are available throughout the Thames Valley, Liverpool, and the royal boroughs of London, including the City, South Kensington, the South Bank, and Westminster.  The minimum stay is 30 days.
 
ASIA PACIFIC
 
A division of Oakwood Worldwide, Oakwood Asia Pacific is based from a regional headquarters in Singapore.  Oakwood manages Asia's finest serviced apartments for business and leisure travelers, as well as luxury vacation resorts.  In the Pacific Rim, Oakwood properties are known by the following brands:
 
OAKWOOD PREMIER serviced apartments are designed for international travelers who demand luxury and style.  Located in prime center city locations, Oakwood Premier properties combine sumptuous apartments with five-star hotel service, such as daily housekeeping, airport limousine pickup, and onsite restaurants with room service.  Properties are currently located in Tokyo, Japan and Seoul, Korea, and will soon be established in China, India, Indonesia, Philippines, and Thailand.
