FILMING GUIDELINES

Oakwood Worldwide allows a limited amount of commercial filming or photography at or on our properties. If you are interested in filming at an Oakwood property, please complete the Film Request Form and submit it to Oakwood Marketing at oakwoodmarketing@oakwood.com.

To Be Considered, We Require:

1. Four weeks notice prior to filming.
2. The completion of a Filming Request Form.
3. Proof of Liability Insurance with Oakwood named as an additional insured for at least $1 million.
4. Proof of Worker’s Compensation insurance.
5. A location fee ranging from $1,000-$15,000 per day.
