Upon request, Oakwood will set up a home office in your traveler's apartment, including a multi-line phone, fax machine, printer, and office supplies.  Travelers need only bring their laptop.  All apartments are DSL ready.  Many of our locations also have onsite business centers.

 

Oakwood apartments combine a home-away-from-home atmosphere with exceptional customer service, making it easier for business travelers to focus on their work.  Our apartments are more comfortable and spacious than hotel rooms, with separate living, dining, and sleeping areas.  Weekly maid service is optional.  Local Oakwood staff are onsite or nearby to provide travelers with information on the community, order additional household items as requested, or book rental cars.  Travelers may also contact the staff at our Customer Service Center, 24 hours a day.

 

Placing travelers in Oakwood apartments offers your company savings over booking them in hotel rooms.  Our apartments are more spacious and less expensive per night than hotel rooms, and we do not charge extended-stay travelers the service taxes required at hotels.  Since every apartment has a complete kitchen, you won't have to pay restaurant prices for every meal.  Oakwood apartments are even more cost-effective when employees are traveling with their families.  An entire family can be comfortably accommodated in one Oakwood apartment, instead of multiple hotel rooms.

Oakwood also offers enrollment in our exclusive Total Solution Program, guaranteeing we will fill 100% of your serviced housing requests.  If for any reason we cannot fill your housing request at an Oakwood location, we will make a reservation with an alternative provider, manage the details of the stay, and integrate the information into your company's eOakwood system.  We can even place a member of our travel staff onsite at your corporate office to book all of your company's housing requests.
