- Please note that management responsibilities for Courtney Estates at Brier Creek, 7920 Oak Estate Street, Raleigh, NC, will be transferred from Greystar Management Services to Oakwood WorldwideŽ, effective May 5, 2015. The community has been renamed OakwoodŽ Raleigh at Brier Creek.
- As the new management company, Oakwood Worldwide acknowledges receipt of your security deposit and will be responsible for the return of your deposit pursuant to your lease agreement and the laws of the North Carolina.
- From this point forward, please make your rent checks payable to Oakwood Raleigh at Brier Creek and deliver them to the leasing office or set up web bill pay with your banking institution, with rent payable to Oakwood Raleigh at Brier Creek. If you have previously set up recurring online bill pay instructions with your banking institution or another online checking service (e.g. Quicken), you will need to immediately stop payment on your June rent payment and change instructions to reflect the new property name.
- Residents who currently have a Renter's Insurance Policy through Courtney Estates at Brier Creek will need to obtain a new policy as the existing insurance policy is not transferable to Oakwood Raleigh at Brier Creek. Please contact your preferred provider or a local agent for assistance.
