• eOakwood, a secure portal for businesses and agencies that allows you to access a variety of information regarding your temporary housing program.  You can view information on current guests housed at Oakwood, look at pending reservations, and even pull reports on guests who have stayed with us.  We are currently designing a system to include online invoicing, full reporting capabilities, and forecasting tools on eOakwood.
• eConnectivity, an interface which provides real-time connectivity between Oakwood and your company.  This allows for information and process sharing right over the Internet.  eConnectivity allows for a closed loop reservation system, online bill paying, tracking of billings, residency monitoring, and more.  Any business process that your company performs with Oakwood can be automated by this computer interface.  Our integration team is available to deliver both standard and custom integration solutions.
• myOakwood, a customized online information portal for individual guests, to be launched in 2006.  Guests will have immediate access to detailed information about their reservation and property, and expedited ways to contact Oakwood staff to make maintenance, service, and other requests.

Our disaster recovery system ensures that unforeseen disasters will not reduce our ability to keep these and other systems online.  In the event of a disaster that affects our home offices, our back-up system will be ready to take over quickly.
