The business center is located on the rooftop. The business center offers access to high-speed internet, fax machine, and color copier. It is available for your use between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
The fitness center, swimming pool and sundeck are also located on the rooftop.
Access the roof by taking the elevator to the PH level. At the PH level, take the last elevator on the left to the roof. The fitness center is available 24 hours per day.
Each apartmentis equipped with aEuropean style washer/dryer. European washer/dryers operate differently than American ones. Please do not attempt to open the washer/dryer until the cycle is completely finished or the handle to the machine will break off. The charge to repair a broken handle is $80.00. There is also a laundry room on the 3rd floor that offers regular washers and dryers at an additional cost.
A mail room is located in the lobby on the ground floor.
If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be left with the security desk located in the lobby. Delivery services are responsible for notifying you of your deliveries. Packages not picked up within 7 days will be returned due to limited or no storage space.
Please enter the East parking garage on Wilshire off of Flower. The parking garage will be closed, please have your guests press the red button next to the gate. The onsite security will let your guest into the structure. They will then proceed up the ramp to park. After parking, please have your guest go into the main lobby to sign in with security.
A trash chute is located on each floor near the elevators.
Internet access is available through SBC. $15.00 one time shipping fee, $100.00 refundable equipment deposit, $50.00 per month. Please contact our office at 800-773-1500 if you are interested in establishing service.
