The swimming pool is available for use from 7am-10pm daily.  The fitness center can be used 24 hours a day.

Each apartment is equipped with a washer and a dryer.

All the mailboxes are located next to the leasing office.  The apartment number corresponds with the mailbox number.

If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.
