Laundry facilities are available on site and there is a small fee for use of the machines.

Located in the Lobby of the Building. 

There is no Oakwood Representative on site, so any package that will not fit into the oversized mail boxes will not be left.  Guest must give local mail carrier permission to leave packages or arrange for pick up or delivery.

Property has a Syntex Access system that dials directly into each unit.  Guest will need to give access by pressing #9 on the telephone.  This will unlock the door.

Parking is available for an additional $450.00 per month and cannot be pro-rated.  Street parking is available but very limited.
