All residents will receive move in instructions via email, fax, or telephone after we have received the signed guest registration.

 

We welcome you at hope that your stay is comfortable. Please understand that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing. Each community has rules and policies of its own. Please abide by these policies so that your stay will be enjoyable.

Check in time is after 3:30pm on the day of your arrival. If you plan to check in after 5:30pm, please let an Oakwood representative know so we can arrange for an after hours check in.

Please go directly to the leasing office between the hours of 3:30 and 5:30 pm to pick up your keys. If you are unable to make it during these hours on your scheduled arrival date, please notify our office immediately to make alternate arrangements. You will be provided with an apartment key and access card.

When you arrive to the community, please go to the leasing office and they will help you with your keys and any additional information. If you are unable to make it during these hours on your scheduled arrival date, please notify our office immediately to make alternate arrangements.

The community is access controlled. You will receive remotes and information on parking upon your arrival.

Check out is at 9am on the day of your departure.

 

Please include all keys and access devices (click cards & garage remotes) in the envelope provided and turn into the on-site leasing office. If you are checking out after office hours, please leave this envelope on your kitchen counter and lock your door from the inside.
