This community allows pets up to 100 pounds.  There is a limit of 2 pets per apartment.  City ordinance requires all animals to be on a leash when they are outside of the apartment.  In addition, we ask that you kep keep the grounds clean by picking up after your pet.  A pet fee of $600 is required prior to check-in.

Your apartment will be available for check in anytime after 3:30 p.m. on our scheduled day of move in.

 

If you require an early check in please contact us at least one business day in advance of your move in for availability.

Specific arrangements regarding howyou will access keys to your apartment will be sent to you after your reservation paperwork has been completed and returned to Oakwood Corporate Housing.  If you do not receive your move in instructions or need another copy, please contact our office directly at 203-967-2414.

In addition to details regarding key access, your move in instructions will also include your apartment number.  This will make locating your apartment much easier.

This community has access gates to a garage and will require a FAAB to enter.  Once inside the parking garage, please locate your assigned parking space.  This will be listed in your move in instructions as well.  Please do not park in any numbered space other than your own, as this may result in your car being towed.  If someone is already parked in your space, please park in visitors parking and contact us at 203-967-2414.
