Pets are allowed.  There is a $500 non-refundable pet fee for each pet.

Welcome! We hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Each community has rules and policies to make your stay a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we are happy to provide you with all of the information you need.

Your apartment will be available for check-in anytime after 3:30 p.m. on your scheduled day of move-in. If you require an early check in please contact us at least one business day in advance of your move-in for availability.

Keys will be left with the concierge in the lobby at One India St. after 3:30 PM on the day of move in.

We require a written thirty (30) day notice to vacate.  Check out time is midnight.  Please remove all trash, food & debris from the apartment.  Leave all keys in the apartment.  There will be a $75 charge for unreturned keys.
