We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the community in which you are staying. Each property has a community of it's own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we would be happy to provide you with all of the information that you need.
This property is a secured access property. Instructions will be given to you on how to access the building/lockbox once we receive your move in paperwork.
Check in time is after 3:30pm on the day of arrival to the community.
Once you have entered the building, you will be greeted by Oakwood staff to gain access to your apartment and parking.
Specific arrangements regarding how you will access keys to your apartment will be sent to you after your reservation paperwork has been completed and returned to Oakwood Corporate Housing. If do not receive your move-in instructions or need another copy, please contact our office directly at 503.582.9229.
Once you have arrived at Oakwood Portland you will see a call box to contact the Leasing Office. The Oakwood staff will allow you access to get all keys and access cards.
If you arrive after hours: Use the access code given to you in your move in instructions to get into the building. Once inside you can go directly to you apartment to access your lock box. Once you enter the apartment the information that you will need will be on the coffee table for the remainder of your stay.
Access will be granted at check-in with your Oakwood Staff.
If you arrive after hours: You will have to park on the street for a small additional cost temporarily until you access your apartment. Inside you will have an access card, parking tag and the information that you will need for the remainder of your stay.
On the day of your departure, please remove all trash from the apartment.
Place all keys and access devices (remotes, access cards) in the envelope provided and leave with the property office staff on site.

All rentals of one month or longer, require a 30 day notice to vacate by either resident or corporation.
