We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable and enjoyable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing and not of the property at which you are staying. Each property has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have questions about the property at which you are living we would be happy to provide you with the information that you need.
Lockbox instructions will be given to you once we receive your move in paperwork.
Check in time is after 3:30pm on the day of arrival to the community.
Go directly to your apartment to access your lockbox.
An apartment key will be available once you access your lockbox.
The remaining keys, remotes or access cards will be on the coffee table in your apartment.
When you arrive you may go directly to your apartment if you are in the townhome section. Access your lockbox and enter the unit. Inside you will find the information that you need for the remainder of your stay.
If you are staying in the secured building, use the access code given to you in the move in instructions. Once inside, you may then go to your apartment and access your lockbox. Once inside you will find the information that you need for the remainder of your stay.
If you are in the townhome section you may park in front of the garage area, access your lockbox and enter the unit. The remote and information for the remainder of your stay will be on the coffee table.
If you are in the secured building, you will have to park on the street or in the parking garage at a small cost temporarily until you access the apartment. Inside you will find the parking instructions and information needed for the remainder of your stay.
On your day of departure, please remove all trash from the apartment.
Place all keys and access devices (remotes, access cards) in the envelope provided and leave with the property office staf on site.

All rentals of one month or longer, require a 30 day notice to vacate by either resident or corporation.
