• PC & INTERNET IN THE LOUNGE A courtesy PC is available in the Residents’ Lounge. A LAN/Ethernet internet connection is also available to connect your personal computer to the internet in the Residents' Lounge.
• BOARD GAMES IN THE LOUNGE Chess, Othello, Backgammon, Rummikub and playing cards are available in the Lounge. Contact Customer Services for usage.
• DVD LIBRARY DVDs can be borrowed at no charge for two days; a maximum of one DVD can be borrowed at a time. Available on request at the Front Desk.
• BOOK LIBRARY A variety of books can be borrowed at no charge for a period of two weeks. Available in the Residents’ Lounge.
• FOOD DELIVERY A variety of food including sushi, pizza, pork cutlets and curry, can be delivered to your door step; please refer to the delivery menu file in your apartment. Contact Customer Services for orders.
• TAXI SERVICE We can make taxi arrangements on request; please note that Station Wagons require a longer reservation notice. Contact Customer Services in advance for information and reservations.

• Each apartment includes a washer/dryer combination drum unit.
• Professional Guest Laundry and Dry-Cleaning service is also available at charge.  Daily pick-up of dry-cleaning and laundry is returned within 24 hours if dropped off at the Front Desk by 10:30 am.

• Guest mailboxes with a number combination lock are located near the front entrance.
• Each apartment has a newspaper delivery rack at its front door.

• Reception will accept and hold packages on behalf of guests.
• Packages can be arranged to be sent by courier service domestically or internationally at charge.

Packages are accepted as a courtesy to our guests, however Oakwood Worldwide is not responsible for such items, the condition of packages received, or accepting certified/registered mail. Please contact the Front Desk if you expect a package, but also be sure to obtain tracking numbers or other pertinent information from the sender or courier service. Please notify the Front Desk beforehand if your package requires a payment upon reception (i.e. COD, Customs Duty/Tariffs and Consumption Tax)..

• Visitors are welcome to enter through the front, staffed, entrance or directly call each apartment via videophone.
• An hourly car park is available in our basement for visitors who come by car.
