- At the front desk upon arrival
- For arrivals after the closing of our front desk at 10pm, the key will be left with our security guard. Please inform us in advance if arriving after 10pm.

- You will be escorted up to the apartment by a Customer Service representative and given a full tour of both the Residence, and your apartment's facilities and features.
|
|
|
- Parking is available in an automated under cover car park, as well as limited space out door car park, at an additional charge.
- Please let us know the dimensions of your car prior to arriving or having your car shipped.

|
- Check out is at the front desk. You will be asked to return the apartment key or keys. After being presented with a copy of the bill, guest will then be asked to review and acknowledge their their account. After signing the bill we will then reconfirm the payment method (either cash, credit card, or company payment) before closing the bill.
- The regular check-out time is 12:00pm on your day of departure. If you need to extend your stay please ask about a late check-out time and we will endeavor to assist you based on availability
