Resident's mail boxes are located adjacent to our 3rd floor entrance from Roppongi 3-Chome.

 

Mail for resident's who stay for one month or more will be delivered to the mail boxes. For residents who stay less than one month, your mail will be delivered to your apartment.

Oakwood Residence Roppongi T-cube operates a hotel-style front desk that welcomes packages. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our valuable guests, however, we can not be held responsible for such items, the condition or packages received or for accepting certifed or registered mail.

Packages can also be sent via courier at the Front Desk. Charges will apply.

Via Oakwood Residence Roppongi T-Cube front desk services. An intercom located at the entrance of the residence permits communication to all apartments via video phone.

Hourly, over night or short term parking, at an additional expense, is available in the B1 parking level of the building.

We at Oakwood Residence Roppongi T-cube take pride in our serviced apartment and we strive to provide our guests with the best possible service.

 

Note: The entrance from the Metro/subway is on the 1st floor. Entrance from the street level is on the 3rd floor. Oakwood lobby is on the 22nd floor. There is no access from the 2nd floor office entry area.
