Before or upon your arrival, you will need to complete and sign a guest registration card and possible other documentation. We will also photocopy your passport for I.D. purposes, and ask for a business card and credit card for card verification only. For the guests who will stay more than one month, it is possible to be required the deposit based on the contract. After accomplishing the above requirements, guests will then be escorted by our staff to their apartment.

To access the residence floor, the elevator will require you to insert your residence key. After inserting and drawing the key card, the number of your residence’s floor on the elevator will light on automatically.
We provide one free parking space for every apartment and stickers are distributed to long-term guests and stamps are given daily to short-term guests. Three hour stamps are given to outside visitor of our property residents. Valet parking will be charged for KRW 10,000 within 4 hours and KRW 1,000 will be charged for each additional 15 minutes. Once inside the property, parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
