If you are not home, all Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.

Each apartment has one FREE allocated parking space, Security Gated Entrance to the parking area and/or underground parking. Check-in with Security in the Lobby.
