Each apartment has its own washer/ dryer or there are Laundry and Dry cleaning shops close by in the local area.

No. Mail posted through the apartment letter box. 

Mail is delivered to each individual apartment by the postal sevice , however any parcels or packages will be left at the concierge desk and need collecting.

All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests of anticipated deliveries.

 

Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.
