Office Hours: M-F : 8:30- 5:30
There are washers and dryers in each unit, there is also a laundry facility on site
Mail boxes are located near the office for A-H and near the fitness center for I-K
If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.
Visitors have access to the apartments
There are 3 trash dumpsters and pick ups on Monday and Friday
