Each apartment is equipped with a washer and dryer.
There are two mailbox locations. Phase I- Located next to leasing office follow sidewalk up.
Phase 2- Located past 2nd gate to the left.
If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.
There will be a directory call box for visitors at the entrance to contact you and gain access.
There are two compactors located on the property.
