Each apartment is equipped with a full size washer and dryer.

All mailboxes are located next to the Leasing Office at the front of the property.

If you are not at home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Leasing Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for their deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, conditions or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.

This community is not gated and all visitors are welcome at the tenants discression.
