Office Hours:  M-F 8:30am - 5:00pm

                     Sat. 10:00am - 4:00pm

                     Sun. 1:00am - 5:00pm 

There are washer & dryer hookups in every apartment.  There is also a laundry facility located on the property.

Mail boxes are located across from the office.

If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.

Visitors must be buzzed in by resident.

There is a trash dumpster located on the property.
