Property Office Hours: Mon-Fri 9:00 to 6:00

                                 Saturday 10:00 to 5:00

                                   Sunday 11:00 to 4:00

Each apartment is equipped with a full size washer and dryer.

The mailboxes are located at a central location through the main gates, near the leasing office. The key to access the mailbox will be provided upon check-in.

If you are not home the US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the leasing office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guest of their deliveries.

 

The community is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guest, however Oakwood Worldwide is not responsible for such items, the condition of packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Please contact the community’s leasing office in you expect a package. Please be sure to obtain tracking numbers or other pertinent information from the sender. Please be prepared to show photo identification.

When the gates are closed, visitors can gain access to the property by calling the apartment unit from the main gate. There is a guest directory and telephone provided. There is plenty of uncovered visitor parking available on the property.

Trash dumpsters are located throughout the property for your convenience.
