There are washer and dryer hook-ups in every unit.

The property also has an on site laundry facility available.

Mail boxes are located next to the leasing office near the front of the property.

If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.

This community is not gated so visitors may access the guest apartment directly.

Trash dumpsters are located throughout the property.
