Property Office Hours: Mon-Fri 9:00 to 6:00

                                 Saturday 10:00 to 5:00

                                     Sunday 1:00 to 4:00

There is a full size washer and dryer in every unit.

Mail boxes are located near the front of the property by the leasing office.

Visitors are welcome to park in any uncovered parking space.  This is a gated community.  Visitors will need to make arrangements with the guest to gain entry to the property.

Trash dumpsters are located throughout the property for your convenience.

If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.
