Office Hours: M-F. 9-6 Sat. 10-5 Sun. 12-4 There are washers and dryers in every apartment. The mailboxes are located inside the west entry gate.
Visitors must be let in by a call box.
There are trash dumpsters on the property.
If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.
