Each apartment is equipped with a full size washer and dryer.

The mailboxes are located at a central location through the main gates, toward the center of the property. The key to access the mailbox will be provided upon check-in.

If you are not home the US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the leasing office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guest of their deliveries.

 

The community is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guest, however Oakwood Worldwide is not responsible for such items, the condition of packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Please contact the community’s leasing office in you expect a package. Please be sure to obtain tracking numbers or other pertinent information from the sender. Please be prepared to show photo identification.

Visitors are free to enter and leave the property unrestricted. There is plenty of uncovered visitor parking available on the property.
