Two laundry rooms are located on sight, off of buildings 16 and 23. These are coin operated laundry facilities.

The mail boxes are located next to building 17 and 36

If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for their deliveries. This community is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests, however Oakwood Worldwide is not responsible for such items, the condition of packages received, or accepting certified/registered mail. Please contact the community's leasing office if you expect a package, but also be sure to obtain tracking numbers or other pertinent information from the sender or courier service. Plese be prepared to show photo identification and package slip at the community leasing office.
