This property allows cats. City Ordinance requires all animals to be on a leash when they are outside of the apartment. In addition, we ask that you help keep the grounds clean by picking up after your cat. A pet deposit of $300 is required prior to check-in, of which $150 is refundable.

We welcome you and hope that your stay at this community will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the community in which you are staying. Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. Specific arrangements regarding how you will access keys to your apartment will be sent to you after your reservation paperwork has been completed and returned to Oakwood Corporate Housing. In addition to details regarding key access, your move-in instructions will also include directions to your apartment as well as a site map where applicable. This will make locating your apartment much easier. Every effort has been made to make your "temporary home" as complete as possible. If everything is not perfect upon your arrival, please contact us at 602.942.3500 and we will take care of it as quickly as possible.

This community has access gates and will require you to enter a code upon entry. Once inside the property, please locate your assigned parking space. This will be listed in your move-in instructions. Please do not park in any numbered space other than your own. This may result in your car being towed. If someone is already parked in your space, please park in visitors' parking and contact us at 602.942.3500. Each apartment comes with one covered stall.  The property have Access gates.

Please leave all keys and access devices (click cards & garage remotes) in the envelope provided with the leasing office at the community you are staying with. If you need to extend your stay, please contact the local office at 480.894.9575. When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) written notice from resident or corporation.
