Each apartment is equipped with a full size or stackable washer and dryer.
The mailboxes are located at four locations through the property gates, with close proximity to the apartment. The key to access the mailbox will be provided upon check-in.
If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.
When the gates are closed, visitors can gain access to the property by calling the apartment unit from the main gate. There is a guest directory and telephone provided. There is plenty of uncovered visitor parking available on the property.
Trash dumpsters are located throughout the property for your convenience.
