There is a full size washer and dryer in every apartment.

Mailboxes are located by the pool and by the clubhouse.

Visitors must use keypad to be buzzed in by the resident.

 

There is a trash compactor on the property.

 

If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.
