There is a full size washer and dryer in every unit.

Mail boxes are located at the front of the property by the leasing office.

If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.

Visitors are welcome to park in any uncovered parking space.  This is a gated community.  Visitors call use call box to contact resident for access.

Trash dumpsters are located throughout the property for your convenience.
