A washer and dryer is provided in each apartment.

Mail boxes are located by leasing office and Sunrise Road.

This community is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests, however Oakwood Worldwide is not responsible for such items, the condition of the packages received, or accepting certified/registered mail. Please contact the community’s leasing office if you expect a package, but also be sure to obtain tracking numbers or other pertinent information from the sender or courier service. Please be prepared to show photo identification and package slip at the community leasing office.

Your move-in paperwork will provide you with detailed instructions on gate access codes and parking at your community.  Visitors should park in any open uncovered parking space that is not marked.
