• There is a $500 pet deposit of which $150 is non-refundable.

Check in instructions will be provided to you with confirmation via fax, e-mail or telephone after you have completed and returned all reservation paperwork sent to you.

 

We welcome you and hope that your stay at this community will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood, not of Archstone Oak Creek. Archstone Oak Creek has a community of it's own in which you are welcome to take part. This community has it's own rules and policies to make living here a pleasant for you. If you have any questions about the community, we would be happy to provide you with any information you need.

You may check in anytime after 3:30 PM on your scheduled arrival date.

 

**If you need to check in before 3:30 PM , we will try to honor your request, however, we can not guarantee an early check in. Please contact our office at 800-773-1500 if you need to request an early check in.

Your apartment key will be left in a lockbox on the apartment front door. The code is 0901.

 

The garage remote and other keys will be left inside the apartment.

Every effort has been made to make your "temporary home" as complete and comfortable as possible. Please contact our office at 800-773-1500 with any concerns.

When you arrive at the community, you will be issued a garage remote for parking. There is assigned underground parking for residents. Open parking is provided for guests of the residents.

Please place all keys, garage remotes, access cards, etc., in an envelope marked with your apartment number. Please leave the envelope with the leasing office. If you check out after office hours, please place the envelope in the drop slot by the leasing office door.
