Pools: There are three pools in the community located next to the office and on each side of the property. The pools may used between the hours of 8am to 10pm by using the passport card provided upon move in

 

Fitness Center: The fitness center is located at the back of the property and can be accessed from 6am to 10pm using the passport card. The fitness center has separate cardio and free-weight areas as well as two dry saunas and two indoor racquetball courts.

 

Recreational Areas: The community offers tennis and volleyball courts by building 32. They may be used any time except for quiet hours. There is also a large community park and guests have access to the neighboring community amenities in Barcelona & Innsbruck. Yoga, Pilates, and cardio kickboxing classes are offered monthly. For up to date schedules please call the oakwood office or stop into the St. Moritz office on site.

 

Clubhouse: Is located with the leasing office and may be used from 9am to 10pm daily. For the first 5 hours the rental fee is $100.00 and after that it is $175.00 flat. The clubhouse has a full kitchen, bar area, and can accommodate up to 104 people. Reservations must be made with the leasing office.

There are four coin operated laundry rooms on the property which can be accessed using the passport card from 8am to 10pm. The washers and dryers are both $1.00.

There are centrally located mailbox areas throughout the property. For the area closest to your apartment please consult the property map or call our office for further assistance.

The office onsite staff will accept packages on behalf of our residents. There is a weight and height limitation to this service due to limited storage availability on behalf of the community. They will hold packages for only a couple of days then they send the packages back to vendor. Please notify your delivery service for this option.

Visitors may call residents from the call box. To have you name programmed in the call box please contact the Oakwood Worldwide office and we would be pleased to make these arrangements for you.

Trash: The trash dumpsters are located in each parking lot. Please do not dispose of oversized items in the trash bins. Trash bags are not permitted on balconies or sidewalks.

 

Quiet Hours: 10pm to 8am.
