Upon arriving to your apartment you will find a welcome letter providing you with valuable information about the area and community as well as parking assignments, your phone number, and mailbox number. Should you have any difficulty, emergency customer service may be called 24 hours a day at 800.736.8624.

One bedroom apartments include a detached garage and two and three bedroom apartments include a attached garage. The visitor parking is clearly marked and scattered throughout the property. A permit is required in the community for residents and visitors to the property. Inoperable vehicles, commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles, boats, or storage units are not permitted in the parking stalls. Any vehicles not in accordance with parking regulations will be towed at the owners expense.

- Please leave all keys and access devices (click cards & garage remotes) in the envelope provided and leave on your kitchen counter. If you are unable to lock the apartment without a key please call the Oakwood office for alternative arrangements.
- If you need to extend your stay, please contact the local office at 800-736-8624
- When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice to "Oakwood Corporate Housing" from resident or corporation.
