Check in instructions will be provided to you via email, fax, or telephone after we have received your guest registration.

 

We welcome you and hope that your stay is comfortable. Please remember that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing. Each community has its own set of rules and policies. Please be aware of these policies so that your stay will be enjoyable.

Check in time is after 3:30pm on the day of your arrival. If you plan to arrive after 5:30pm please let your Oakwood Representative know so that we may make alternate arrangements.

The leasing office will be responsible for holding your keys. They will also be placing a lockbox on your door if you plan to arrive after 5:30pm.

Upon arrival to the community, please go to the leasing office. They will provide you with your keys and any additional information about the community.

The property is not access controlled, so you will not need a remote to enter the community. The parking is not assigned unless otherwise determined by the leasing office.

Check out is at 9am on the day of your departure. If you would like to entend the time or day of your departure, please let an Oakwood Representative know so that we may make arrangements.

 

Please leave all of your keys, remotes, and permits with the leasing office on the day of your departure.
