Move in instructions will be sent to you via fax, email, or telephone after we received your guest registration.

 

We welcome you and hope that your stay will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing. Each community has rules and policies of its own. Be are of these policies so that your stay is enjoyable.

Check in is anytime after 3:30pm on the day of your arrival. Please be sure to let let us know if you plan to check in after 5:30 so that we may make late check in arrangements.

The leasing office will have your keys when you arrive at the community. If you are arriving after 5:30pm, we will place a lock box on the door of the apartment.

When you arrive at the community, please visit the leasing office so that they may give you your keys and answer any additional questions you may have.

The property is not access controlled, so there will be no need for a remote. Parking will be assigned by the leasing office.

Please place all apartment and mailbox keys and parking decals in the envelope provided at move-in, and leave with the on-site leasing office. If you will be checking out during non-leasing office hours, please leave your keys in your apartment on your kitchen counter.
