This community allows small pets.  Oakwood requires to be notified of any pets and authorization will be given only after a pet agreement has been executed. There is a $300.00 pet deposit of which $150.00 is non refundable.

We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing and not of the community that you are staying.  Each property has a community of its own, in which you are welcome to take part of.  Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience.  If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we would be more than happy to provide you with all of the information that you need.

Your apartment will be available for check-in anytome after 3:30 p.m. on your scheduled day of move-in. If you required an early check in please contact us atleast 4 (four) business day in advance of your move-in for availability.

Upon completion of your reservation paperwork, Oakwood will make convenient arragnements for you to pick up your keys the  office during specific hours or FedEx them to you in advance.

Upon arriving to your apartment you will find a welcome letter providing very valuable information about the area and community as well as parking assignments, phone number, and mailbox number.  Should you have any difficulty, emergency customer service may be called 24 hours.

Parking spaces are assigned at this community and Oakwood will provide all the information prior to your arrival.  A parking permit is not required at this property.

• Please leave all keys and access devices(click cards & garage remotes) in envelope provided and leave on your kitchen counter.  If you are unable to lock the front door without a key please call the Oakwood office for alternative arrangements.
• If you need to extend your stay, please contact the local office at 800-736-8624.
• When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day wirtten notice to "Oakwood Corportate Housing" from resident or corporation.
