Pet Policy
Cats and dogs accepted. Pet units are first floor availability only. Dogs must be under 20lbs. Pet Deposit is 300.00, 150.00 of which is non-refundable.


Check In Procedure
We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing and not of the community in which you are staying. Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we would be happy to provide you with all the information that you need.


Check In Time
Your apartment will be available for check-in after 3:30 p.m. on your scheduled move-in day. Should you require an early arrival, please contact the local Oakwood Worldwide office at 800.736.8624 or 714.849.2060


Key Pickup
Specific arrangements regarding how you will access the keys to your apartment will be sent to you after all required reservation paperwork have been completed and returned to Oakwood Corporate Housing. If you did not receive your move-in instructions or need another copy, please contact our office directly at 800.736.8624 or 714.849.2060


Arriving at your Apartment
In addition to details regarding key access, your move in instructions will also include directions to your apartment as well as a site map where applicable. This will make locating your apartment much easier.
 
Every effort has been made to make your “home away from home” as complete as possible. If there is anything that is not up to your standards when you arrive, please call us at 800.736.8624 or 714.849.2060 and we will take care of it as soon as possible.


Parking and Access Gates
Please refer to your move in instructions for your specific parking assignment and the gate codes for your community.
 
If parking is open or unassigned, please do not park in areas that are reserved, numbered, or labeled no parking zones. Parking in these areas may result in a fine and/or in being towed. Oakwood Worldwide is not responsible for any fines or towing charges.

Check Out Procedures

A blue lockbox will be delivered to your apartment several days prior to check-out. Please leave the remote, mail key, and additional sets of door keys on the counter. Please lock the door behind you and replace the door key in the lockbox. There is a $50 charge for any missing keys, access cards, or remotes.

Please remove all personal belongings, food items, and trash from the apartment.

When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice directed to Oakwood Corporate Housing from resident or corporation.
