Pools: There is one pool located by the community center and J building. The pool may used between the hours of 6am to 11pm by using the pool key and facility pass provided upon move in. Children under 14 are not permitted in the pool area without adult supervision. Please adhere to the additional rules and regulations listed onsite at the pool.

 

Fitness Center: The fitness center is located in the community center which is near the J building and can be accessed from 6am to 11pm using the pool key and facility pass. Please adhere to additional rules listed inside the fitness center.

 

Business Center: Is located in the management office and can be used between 8:30am and 8:00pm.

 

Clubhouse: Is located in the center of the community and required the pool key and amenity pass. It is open between 6:00am and 11:00pm. There are also two racquetball courts.

 

Tennis: The tennis courts are located next to the A & B building and may be used between 6:00am and 10:00pm.

 

Resident Activities: Oakwood guests are invited to join Sunday breakfast in the community clubhouse from 10:00am to 12:00pm. The community also has bingo night and scuba diving lessons. Please consult the onsite office for further information on scheduling.

 

Most apartments come with a washer and dryer. There is also a coin operated laundry room in the lobby of each building. The washer and dryers are .75 cents and are open 24 hours a day. The common key opens the laundry rooms.

The mailboxes are located in the lobby of each building.

The office onsite staff will accept packages on behalf of our residents. There is a weight and height limitation to this service due to limited storage availability on behalf of the community. They will hold packages for only a couple of days then they send the packages back to vendor. Please notify your delivery service for this option. You must show picture ID to pick up your package at the office.

Visitors may call residents from the call boxes located outside each building. To have you name programmed in the call box please contact the Oakwood Worldwide office and we would be pleased to make these arrangements for you. Two visitors are allowed to accompany oakwood guests to the amenities and if visitors exceed two per apartment they must be registered at the management office.

Trash: The trash chutes are located in the center of each building next to the elevators. Please do not dispose of oversized items in the trash bins.

 

Elevators: The elevators are also located in the lobby of every building.

 

Dry Cleaning Services: Pick up and delivery services are on Tuesday and Friday. Cleaning should be dropped off in the management office.

 

Quiet Hours: 10pm to 8am.
