Laundry rooms are located on the 1st and 3rd floor of every building and are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Laundry cards are issued to each guest upon check-in.

Mailboxes are located on the first floor of each and every building near the elevators.

This community is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests, however Oakwood Worldwide is not responsible for such items, the condition of packages received, or accepting certified/registered mail. Please contact the community's leasing office if you expect a package, but also be sure to obtain tracking numbers or other pertinent information from the sender or courier service. Please be prepared to show photo identification and package slip at the community leasing office.

Visitors may access the telephone intercom system located at the front gate of the property where they can be permitted entry by the appropriate guest.
